Desktop release notes

Dashboard の辞書を音声認識・文章整理のヒントに利用し、ユーザーが確認した履歴・クリップボードの修正からのみ学習します。仮名・英単語・数字・URL などを保護し、自動入力に失敗した場合も履歴に原文を保持します。共通の人手評価済み音声データによる検証はなく、Typeless より高精度とは主張しません。

Uses Dashboard dictionary terms as STT and LLM hints and learns only from user-verified History or Clipboard corrections. Protects kana, Latin terms, numbers, URLs and other structured text. Reports automatic insertion failures while retaining the transcript in History. Accuracy against Typeless is not claimed without a shared, human-labeled audio corpus.

Apple Development 開発署名・Apple 未公証のテスト版です。Gatekeeper 評価は拒否でした。macOS に拒否された場合は正式な公証版をお待ちください。保護機能を無効にしないでください。インストール・起動・実機録音・臨床フローは未検証です。別掲の公開版を置き換えません。SOAP は原文を保持する抜粋下書きで、自動入力しません。医師が原文・認識結果・分類を確認して手動コピーします。医療草稿の編集は辞書学習に利用せず、検証済み電子カルテではありません。

Apple Development-signed and not Apple-notarized; the recorded Gatekeeper assessment was rejected. If macOS blocks installation, wait for a notarized release and keep security protections enabled. Installation, launch, physical-device recording and clinical workflows remain unverified. This preview does not replace the separately listed public release. SOAP is an extractive draft with the full source retained in History, never automatic insertion. A clinician must verify the transcript and classification before copying. Clinical draft edits are excluded from dictionary learning; this is not a clinically validated EHR.
